I'm just wondering how an ordinary scene can be a wonderful photo. Perhaps, If I took those pictures with my camera, they wouldn't be that good. Which one do you think more effective and influential: the camera or the photographer? For example, I'm not a photographer but have a high-advanced camera. Do you think I don't really need special technique in photography? Or, is it possible for one with a sense of photographer but without that camera I mentioned to create outstanding pictures?

Hey Jake

Wonderful pictures and something about the bridge pictures inspired me to be more creative lately ;) It's amazing that you're using film still, especially being out there in Asia where I feel the available tech (even in rural parts of Vietnam) is more advanced at times than what we have in the States.

Anways, keep up the great stuff man.

Regards

The spontaneity of your photos is what catches my attention. You seem to have just been "in the moment" and captured whatever caught your fancy.
